“I did request a quiet room and I realized this was completely out of your control”

The property was amazing, easy to navigate, lovely, clean, smelled beautiful. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was amazing. Unfortunately, the neighbour I was put next to was extremely disrespectful to everyone around them, wouldn’t stop arguing, throwing up constantly, flushing the toilet, and waking us up over and over all night.

The location is great and there’s free parking, but the beds feel a bit too firm for my taste.

“Overall a pleasant stsy”

The overall room was spacious and clean, I would of given 5 stars but for us (being seniors) we didn’t like the bath/shower as it was a bit slippery and you didn’t feel as safe as a walk in shower. On saying that the room was quiet and the hotel placed conveniently for Niagara etc. As I mentioned above the shower

The AC was unreliable, turning on and off throughout the night.
