Everything was incredibly clean and the staff were all courteous and attentive. I only stayed for the night, but it was a pleasant experience. It felt more suited to a girls‑trip than a family outing, which I sensed even before booking. 😆

The place felt very clean, with good equipment like a hair‑dryer, and it was all very comfortable. The staff were friendly and took special care of us traveling with a child. When we had some spare time, they sent a LINE message recommending a café, which was spot‑on. The hotel’s vibe, the “Ao”‑themed cards, the first‑floor café—everything looked stylish. Interacting with locals added to a wonderful trip.
