ESCALA BUSINESS HOTEL

“Excelente servicio”

Muy buena atención, el hospedaje todo limpio, el desayuno muy bueno ya que te da que uno mismo se pueda servir a su gusto. No tengo malos comentarios ya que es segunda vez que me hospedó y la atención y todo el servicio siempre ha sido bueno

They finally moved us to their downtown branch, but the early‑morning noise from other guests and the sheer‑through curtains let in a lot of light.

“Que pena sus habitaciones, gracias al personal por ayudarme a cambiarme”

The staff were friendly, breakfast was decent and the location is convenient. However, this time I was assigned room 204, which sits above the kitchen, has no street windows, and opens onto the prep area. From 6–6:30 am the kitchen starts preparing breakfast, and you can hear conversations and the blender whirring nonstop, making it impossible to rest. Because there are no street windows, the kitchen heat and smells seep into the room and you feel suffocated. After repeatedly insisting and even asking for a refund, they finally switched me to a different room, saying they gave me that one because I requested free early check‑in and the staff were polite. That does not justify offering such an experience to guests; if I had known, I would have waited for another room. I appreciate the front desk for eventually helping me, and I was able to sleep on the following nights. To the owners: please do not offer that room or discount it; if you want to keep it, invest in PVC blinds and floor‑mounted air conditioning. The first night was a nightmare.
