Just outside the train station, the room was spotless and had all the usual business‑hotel essentials, and breakfast was included even though its quality shifted from day to day. No other issues.

The front desk staff were absolutely terrible. I paid the exact amount that appeared on the booking site after entering my child’s age, but when they counted me as an adult they were very reluctant. They told me to book directly on the official site or that they couldn’t help me through overseas sites, which is frustrating. Please fix the gap between the official and overseas sites and train the staff properly. Very disappointing—never staying here again.

立地条件が良かった ロビーがあり、部屋には入らなくてもチェックインのみ先に手続きできたのは良かった(都合により時間がなかったので). 備え付けのタオルが、バスタオル１枚とフェイスタオル１枚のみ、洗面に使うタオルはどうすれば？せめてハンドタオルくらいは置いて欲しい。洗面用のタオルなないのは初めての経験でした。 またフロント前にあるアメニティが、何が置いてあるのかの表示がなく、高齢の親にはよくわからなかったようです。少々不案内かと。
