The in‑room safe was broken 😕, and the traffic noise made it too loud.

The bed and sofa were soft, smooth, and smelled pleasant; the sofa was very plush and comfortable. However, the room wasn’t clean, some parts were not functioning properly (they looked ancient), staff seemed insufficient, and we didn’t know the pool was in another building and it wasn’t clean.

Staff were courteous and very kind, rooms were spotless, and check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, but we had to walk outside to reach the pool.

The terrace area is huge and you can walk straight onto it from your bedroom, but the TV in the room stopped working.
