I was appalled by everything. The place was filthy and stank; it was so cold that I froze. The climate control didn’t work at all. Neighbors were shouting, and the owner told me he wouldn’t come to fix the issue and that I should find another room myself at midnight.

The spot is well positioned, and the on‑site restaurant is solid; the staff are helpful and friendly, and my bike was parked safely. The room itself was comfortable but rather basic; the toilet paper holder was poorly designed and didn’t dispense properly, and I’d have liked a kettle or tea‑making facilities in the room.
