The staff were great, but the smoking area was infested with mosquitoes.

Everything was excellent, with no complaints at all.
Everything was wonderful: the hotel is immaculate, the staff are warm, friendly, and very accommodating. The restaurant food was superb, and the room was very clean, luxurious, and comfortable. The swimming pool looked beautiful, lush, and inviting, though I didn’t get to swim in it. The spa treatments—massage, facial, and pedicure—were honestly the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely return. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like.

The rooms were neat and clean, yet the buffet at dinner and breakfast felt dull—almost the same dishes every time, only with the addition of pazham kanji. The curries had no flavor, and the overall sense of luxury was missing; even the teas seemed to be made by people who didn't know how to brew them. The excessive use of room freshener made me feel sick.
Our driver’s stay was well taken care of, and Vishnu, the F&B Manager, along with his team, were very hospitable and attentive. Thanks to everyone involved.
