On‑site ticket sales provide easy access to Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, and nearby Hollywood attractions, with John Wayne Airport 26 km away.

The staff was nice, but our room lacked enough towels or toiletries for our three‑night stay; we had to request more and wait until morning for them. The hotel isn’t close to Disney and sits across the freeways, so it’s inconvenient. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone above, even people stomping. Breakfast only offered granola bars, which wasn’t what the listing promised. I’ll never book here again, though the staff was friendly.

The beds were comfortable, but the shower wasn’t very clean and the rooms weren’t cleaned after a long day at Disney. When I called, they said I had to reserve a cleaning, which no one had told me about. The check‑in staff girl was not very pleasant.

The location is great, the staff very kind, and the room clean, but room 208 was close to the janitor’s storage room and noisy, and the AC was pretty weak.

Walking into the lobby, mildew was already present, and the smell only got worse once we entered our room.
