The place is very well located, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I can say is that there were few towels in the room.

The suite was generally good… plus we could use bicycles, which we really liked even though the usage time was limited. The location is good, though not on the beach, and there are good services to get there. We didn’t like the pool; its location is bad relative to the sun and the hotel—something that definitely needs improvement. We had arranged with the administration to stay an extra hour, but the cleaning lady wouldn’t let us stay longer because she had to leave early and had to leave the room clean. That was a disappointment, especially since reception had agreed to the extra hour. We had a very unpleasant experience having to pack our bags with the cleaning lady in a bad mood.

“Enjoyed our stay even though the Clam Pass Park was closed”

The rooms are good, the bed is nice and comfy, and I didn’t visit the pool. I usually don’t need to complain, but this time there were a few minor problems: first, we had to ask twice about the sink plug not holding water for washing and shaving; second, the safe didn’t lock twice, so we had to take money, jewelry, and passports to the beach—definitely not ideal; third, the door wouldn’t open (red light flashing). We went back down to reception, they said “that’s it, okay,” we went back up to the room and the red light was still on, went down again, the receptionist came up with us, then called maintenance because it was the battery. Quite frustrating for a three‑night stay. All in all, we still like this hotel.
