“Very good”

Tracey made a fantastic reception when we arrived; the room was very comfortable with a great bed and shower, breakfasts were superb—one prepared by Michael and one by Tracey—in a relaxed setting where you could chat with other guests or not, and the view was fantastic. The lobby was welcoming for removing muddy boots and leaving them for later outings. The location is excellent, with a pub directly across the road for a last night drink, a short walk into Coniston town with pubs for dinner, and the Ruskin Museum featuring the Bluebird X7. A pleasant walk along the lake leads to a good café and boat hire, making it well placed for exploring the Lake District. Nothing to note.

“Nice and relaxing”

Breakfasts were great, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do, and there were no problems.

Tracy and Michael were lovely and helpful, breakfasts were delicious, the location was great, and the room and ensuite were very clean and comfortable; we will try to come back. Everything was great.
