The restaurant food was great, but the in‑room coffee was ordinary; our room was next to a busy highway, the soundproofing was poor, trucks and cars rattled all night, and we slept badly because of the noise—make sure to request a room farther from the highway.

The establishment was pleasant, the rooms felt comfortable, the restaurant team was fantastic even for a gluten‑free guest, and the young chef deserves kudos; however, the room faced a high‑speed road at night, the noise was relentless, and the insulation was far from adequate—ask for a better‑located room.

The hotel was very clean and fresh, and the location was perfect for exploring everything in Tokyo.

The place had a playful, adorable vibe and was spotless and well kept. The shower was excellent and breakfast was tasty, but the price felt steep for what was offered. I discovered that a free water bottle was supposedly included but it wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and the pajamas were tucked away in a cupboard.
