We stayed in room 3, and the front desk was close to a restaurant where we could hear voices. We tolerated it, but from around 8 pm a party started, with loud talking and singing that lasted until about 11 pm. The next morning, after 8 am, staff came to our room and said, “Please eat quickly, as this is a breakfast-inclusive plan.” I had booked a no‑breakfast plan, so if this was correct, the breakfast‑included rate was charged while the plan displayed was no‑breakfast. While eating breakfast at the restaurant, staff asked when we would vacate the room, and we were told to leave at 9 pm, 20 minutes later. While preparing to depart, staff returned at 8:45 pm and asked if we were ready. We checked out at 9 pm, but no staff were present. It felt like we were being pressured to leave early because breakfast was offered for free.

I stayed at a truly unique place where the grain mill experience was unforgettable, and dinner was excellent.

“J'ai adoré! Nous reviendrons si on revient en Espagne.”

We stayed three nights and had the little house behind the main building, which was magnificent, with a nice balcony overlooking the river. The big room was beautiful, and the place felt very typical, half‑buried in nature. The main house housed a small antiquities museum, and it was very pleasant to see its tools and furniture—all of it was gorgeous. I would have liked a simple cover, even though a restaurant service is available on site; we ate our own food. The humidity in the room was noticeable, and a dehumidifier or a small heating system would have helped reduce that dampness.

We spent four fantastic days! The surroundings, the history of the mill‑style accommodation, the well‑kept details, and especially the staff’s attention—David, Tere, Narda, Loli—made for unforgettable days, thank you!
