The coffee at breakfast was disappointing; it was just instant powder, so a machine that grinds beans would be better. Otherwise the stay was fine, especially the quiet air‑conditioning which worked wonderfully. The hotel was noisy at night because of its location, and the bathroom could have a fan extractor. A proper coffee machine, like a Nespresso with pods, would make the rooms much nicer.

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately our experience was very bad. The accommodation was not properly cleaned and smelled dirty. Breakfast was also very stale; we found flies in both the juice and the food, which felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable. Hygiene needs a serious improvement.

The proximity to the market and the cleanliness were great. However, whether you arrive at 8 or 9, the buffet offers nothing new; dishes are taken away after being served, and leftover pastries are mixed together. It’s basically just a spread. On the last day of our stay, the water was cut off and we left the hotel without taking a shower.

Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, helping with anything we needed. Breakfast was nice, and the hotel was within walking distance of every spot in the city center.
