The seaside breakfast looked amazing, but from day one, no one came to greet us or tell us where to settle at breakfast. We had to figure it out ourselves. Over the four days, the staff never felt especially warm or welcoming. We experienced a water leak in our room, and the fix was just a quick patch with glue, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber. There was no iron in the room. The air‑conditioning stopped working; we called reception, who said someone would come to fix it, but nobody ever did. When we checked out, no one asked how our stay had been or if we had any issues. Finally, we were charged €18 for just two lattes, which felt very steep. Overall, the reception, service, and handling of the problems left us disappointed; we expected a much better experience.

Everything was perfect, the beach and breakfast by the beach, but the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working properly and the telephone in my room was dead. Unfortunately, the staff and reception didn’t help with either issue.

Девушка на ресепшене явно не хотела заселять нас по скидочной цене, хотя мы сразу сказали что у нас есть бронь через букинг, сумма нашей брони через букинг выходила 5700 лир, она нам дала карту, но оплату не стала принимать сразу, когда мы спросили почему оплату не принимают она сказала позже примет, мы решили уточнить сколько стоит наш номер, она озвучила 12000 лир, мы сказали что наша бронь стоит 5700 лир, у нее аж мимика изменилась, даже не извинилась, после она поменяла нашу карту, хотя мы у нее не просили апгрейда, но это она сама решила сделать за нас, это два раза больше, хорошо мы решили уточнить, а если бы нет то мы бы оплатили вдвое больше, как то неприятно стало…
