“Great pool and friendly staff”

The hotel’s location is good and the staff were very friendly. The rooftop pool is great and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Overall it was a good stay. I personally prefer a softer pillow, and the bathrooms feel a bit small compared to the room size, but otherwise there are no complaints.

The location is excellent. Warm welcome and service from the reception staff, Shahid and Ahmed, in a centrally located hotel.

The pool area is great. The staff, especially at the reception, were friendly and helpful. It was hard to find a lunch spot nearby because many opened only in the afternoon, and the music by the pool wasn’t to our taste.

I had a wonderful time at Mass Paradise Hotel in Aqaba. The staff were respectful, friendly, and welcoming. A special thank you to Ahmed at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent hospitality—he made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again! Nothing to add.
