The location and service were excellent, and the breakfast was very complete. The bed was lacking in comfort.

The hotel service was good. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience with the accommodation. The bed was too low and too small for a couple, which made comfort very compromised. Also, the room wasn’t fully clean when we arrived. A very unpleasant point was finding cockroaches in the bathroom every day, showing that cleaning and pest control need more attention. I hope these points are reviewed so that future guests have a more comfortable, clean, and pleasant experience.

Location was good, but the room smelled like mold and the bathroom had no light.

Attentive staff, great spot for shopping, nice facilities, but the mattress was old.
