I really enjoyed staying here; everything was clean, tidy, and well‑maintained, the housekeeping was excellent, and the staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. I also appreciated the security with CCTV cameras throughout the property, which made me feel safe, and the location is great, right in Patong with the police station and fire station nearby.

I’ve checked into a lot of hotels in Patong, and they usually have minor glitches, but Svah nailed it. The staff are super cheerful, incredibly helpful, and just great. The rooms feel very comfortable and the rates are solid. The hotel sits in a quiet part of Patong, which is rare—a calm spot still close to the beach and other cool attractions. Honestly, Svah tops every other place I’ve stayed in Patong. I’d give the staff 10/10 and the hotel 10/10.
