The bed was fairly comfortable, but the shower was just a trickle, the TV failed at times, there were only two rolls of toilet paper for a five‑night stay, and no teaspoon for tea. It felt like the bare minimum was provided, so the room wasn’t welcoming.

Very clean, great management, and excellent facilities. The only thing that might improve is adding a dishwasher – that’s a very picky preference.

The room and linens were spotless, and I appreciated the building code that let us unlock the door whenever we wanted after a long drive; the onsite carpark added convenience, and the location worked well for my trip to Nottingham University with my daughter. However, the walls were thin and the next room’s toilet flushing woke me up repeatedly, and the bathroom was basic— the toilet roll holder was broken and a towel was stuck behind the toilet, probably because of a leak.
