“Ottima via di fuga”

The layout was spacious, accessible from everywhere, and there was a wide selection. However, some parts of the facility and the room were not clean enough. Getting to the spa and pool areas isn’t very easy or intuitive, and the Adults Only zones need tighter supervision because some families ignore the rules.

The pre-arrival contact was excellent, the reception was friendly, and the parking across the street was free. Overall the hotel left a very good impression. Dinner at the bistro was tasty, the wine list was good, and the service friendly. Breakfast impressed with a large Italian-style selection, regular restocking, and great coffee. In the afternoon there were small sweet snacks. The new rooftop spa was superb: a warm infinity pool, nice saunas, and comfortable loungers with a great view of the landscape. The Junior Suite 224 in the rear building didn’t quite meet expectations; it was almost new, the bed was large and comfortable, but the room was very dark overall. The living area without daylight is basically only suitable as a sleeping spot for a third or fourth person. The balcony by the kids’ pool was fairly loud until about 18:00 and had no sun. We didn’t use the room cleaning service for two nights.

The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms were spotless.

I met a very friendly staff and the wellness area was spacious, but the rooms felt too small and the breakfast wasn’t refilled. The hotel sits right on the main street.
