A family‑run guesthouse that feels like home. The house is run with great attention to detail, evident in the homemade jam, the rotating breakfast menu, and the self‑serve bar. The wellness area is tasteful and inviting. We’ll definitely return.

The house was recently tastefully renovated and expanded; the rooms and bathrooms are understated in colour and very cozy and spacious. Our loggia/balcony was unusually large, very invitingly furnished, and offered a magnificent view of the mountains over Merano and into the Adige valley. The new wellness area on the upper floor is generous and invites lingering with its covered loggia, whirlpool, and sauna with a distant view. If you want to stay inside for meals, a central fridge with a dedicated compartment is available for storing your own food, and drinks are offered there (for a fee) in a wide selection, including cocktail ingredients. The location right on the edge of Partschins is somewhat deceptive, as a road runs directly past the house that (at least during harvest season) is quite busy early in the morning.

Delicious breakfast lovingly served by Maria left no desire unfulfilled; there were also great hiking tips. A small but refined wellness area with a fantastic view. Just pure comfort. No complaints.
