Bert was the kindest gentleman and host during our stay, extremely friendly and informative, and went out of his way to help us; for example, when we went to the pub, he was generous enough to pick us up!

This little gem suited us perfectly. In a house with a long history, the most pleasant and convivial host made it homely and comfortable. The cooked breakfasts were a splendid start to the day. Leaving: the exit needs a bit of care.

Bert was very accommodating and made us feel very welcome, thank you. Great location, 15/20 minute drive to Wells-next-the-Sea, lovely breakfast, great size room, comfy beds.
