The place itself was pretty comfortable, with a steady flow of hot water and a decent TV and WiFi. However, the lock on room 9 was super finicky and could only be locked, not unlocked manually, which was a bit of a hassle.

The place was a total letdown. The room was a mess and didn't match the pictures at all. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping with any issues. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing experience.
