“Worst manager & owner ever”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, the place was incredibly quiet and the beds were comfortable. However, I was a bit let down by the amenities - the bathroom could have been cleaner and the microwave was out of order. Additionally, I would have loved to have a smart TV to watch my preferred channels.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a room for myself and left my belongings inside, making sure to lock the door when I left. However, when I returned from a night out, I found that my room had been opened and my shoes were missing. The staff's explanation was that if a room is not in use, others can claim it, which didn't sit well with me.
