I liked that the bus stop was only 20 m away, the reception was attentive, and the room was clean; the heating worked well, and they had an electric kettle for coffee and tea, but there was no elevator, though we already knew that.

The location near the stadium and next to a bus stop was good, and the hotel’s parking spots were convenient, yet the road noise persisted even at night, and the price, while “cheap” for Lucerne, turned out to be too high considering the services and the establishment’s standing.
