This hotel was one of the nicest we have stayed at in many years! The bed was so comfy and the staff were absolutely amazing! Location was perfect for our Florence get away! We cannot wait to return!. There is nothing negative to say!!!

All staff, from reception to breakfast, happy hour, and management, delivered excellent customer service. Beni made breakfast unforgettable, and Angelo and Leonardo offered great support. The staff are friendly and the location is excellent. Nothing to complain about.

Excellent Service and Friendly Staff. Always willing to help out. The 26 stairs but learn to live with it as the location and the staff were excellent. The location was 8 min walk to Domo area and 13 min to the Ponte Vecchio bridge area. The staff will always help with luggage and the stairs. The bath room shower is small. If you are a large person it may be difficult. Check the pictures of the room of choice and the shower. Hot water takes three min or so but once heated stays hot
