The room was very comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a hit, and the receptionists and café staff were also very good; nothing to complain about.

Clean, friendly environment, excellent breakfast, windows can be fully darkened, quiet and calm, 24/7 reception, restaurant.

I stayed for three days and paid everything without any hiccups, but the front‑desk staff were terrible. They called me in a very rude tone and told me that if I checked out later than the normal time I’d have to pay an extra fee, which I agreed to pay. They kept calling me repeatedly, threatening me with the police, and even threatened to bring the police in to evict us even though I had paid in full and left everything in order. On top of that, there were no towels, no blankets, the TV didn’t work, the room smelled like pipes, and the soap was barely enough – you had to ask for more than once.
