The room is clean and roomy, and the hotel sits in Chinatown, within walking distance of many restaurants, sights, and points of interest. The in‑house restaurant, Moments, serves excellent food with good service. However, the bathroom is tiny and cramped, the shower pressure is low, and the furnishings are sparse even though the bed is big and comfortable. There are no cupboards, only a clothes hanger on a wall hook. The toiletries are basic—just one shower cap, two dental kits, and a comb. No shaving kit, hand soap, hand towels, or slippers are provided. The bathroom has a single body‑and‑hair‑soap dispenser; separate shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers would improve the experience. The TV only offers boring government channels, and the room décor is unattractive with minimal furnishings.

The location is great and the staff are friendly. Housekeeping was poor, with no attention to detail. Supplies weren’t restocked, and we only received half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in.
