We stayed at the club level and the food was terrible, but one person named Savanna really stood out – she was very positive and helpful. We had the club level like we did in New Orleans and San Francisco, but this Ritz club level breakfast was like a quality inn and not worth the upgrade; the only good thing was the oatmeal cookies.

The location and luxury gym are great. Breakfast staff weren’t very attentive, and the rooms feel a bit old.

The location and cleanliness were fine, but after many trips to Boston I finally stayed at the Ritz‑Carlton and it fell short of my hopes; it does have 5‑star features like 24‑hour room service and always‑available housekeeping, yet the property shows its age, the restaurant menu didn’t entice me at all, and overall the experience was just mediocre.

I cancelled my visit. I did not stay there. I spoke with the finance manager who cancelled my visit and have still been charged $7300. This is ridiculous and robbery. I have made numerous calls to “ ” and cannot get past an AI “agent” or voice. It’s a scam. It makes no sense for me to have to pay you over seven thousand dollars when my stay was cancelled and the rooms were probably used by someone else.
