The hostel is one of the best in the area, especially when it comes to the team, reception, and guidance. The staff runs smoothly, making it easy for travelers from outside who are juggling many days and adjusting to São Paulo’s pace, so you can relax a bit on communication. If you’re a woman traveling for work, study, conferences, or literary events on a tight budget and don’t want to hop on Uber or a taxi all the time, it’s worth planning your moves. The shops are close, but at certain hours the trip is doable. As the hostel says at booking, it’s in a little gated village, so some night‑time trips might be impossible. Nothing hurts the quality of the stay, the place is super charming and calm because of that vibe. Just check the times and the easiest ways to get to markets, stations, 24‑hour ATMs, and a pharmacy, especially at night, for safety’s sake!
