The location is close to the Duomo metro and convenient for reaching the historic center. There was little interaction with staff because check‑in was done virtually.

The place is pretty, clean, and in a great spot, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, the stay was nice. However, the property operates without any front desk or in‑person staff; check‑in uses codes and keys are left at the door, and we never saw anyone from the hotel. We also ran into Wi‑Fi issues and, even after requesting the password via WhatsApp, we received no reply.
