I have nothing to complain about. The staff were pleasant, housekeeping came every day, the environment was great, and breakfast was excellent.

“Amazing experience”

I had a wonderful experience at Tanei Angkor Resort & Spa. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with anything you might need, making you feel comfortable and well cared for throughout the stay. The tours and activities organized by the hotel were fantastic and truly enhanced my time in Siem Reap. A highlight was the Phare Cambodian Circus, and the cooking class where I learned about traditional Cambodian cuisine, prepared authentic local dishes, and received guidance from the chef. It was a fun, enriching, and memorable cultural experience. The hotel’s ability to arrange such great activities makes exploring Cambodia more enjoyable and convenient. I appreciated the personal attention and the team’s willingness to help guests get the most out of their visit. I highly recommend Tanei Angkor Resort & Spa to anyone visiting Siem Reap, especially travelers looking for warm hospitality and authentic local experiences. A fantastic place to stay and a wonderful way to discover the beauty and culture of Cambodia. I would happily return! ❤️

“Giant room and bathroom, Exceptional staff”

The room was huge and well furnished, with a big bed, a spacious bathroom and a large desk. I fell ill during my 16‑day stay and ended up in the local hospital, but the hotel staff sent me everything I needed to make my 3‑day hospital stay more comfortable. The restaurant servers, the cleaning crew, the front desk team, and even the tuk‑tuk drivers were all outstanding. The pool was nice too, though I couldn’t use it because of my sickness. A few things didn’t work right when I first arrived, but after a quick WhatsApp message they were at my room within 15 minutes to fix them. No place I’ve ever stayed in has been absolutely perfect, but they really tried to correct everything I pointed out.

“Meilleur hôtel de Siem Reap”

I’ve been to Cambodia four times, once alone and the others with my partner, my sister and family, and every time I come to Siem Reap I choose this hotel. First, I thank the whole team because they do an amazing job. Everyone is smiling, considerate and accommodating. The hotel is quiet and well arranged, you feel almost at home. The rooms are large and pretty and the meals are very good. I’ll return and strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Siem Reap. The only downside I can find is that the gym wasn’t functional in the last few days.
