Breakfast was decent and the free coffee was a plus. Most of the front staff were unfriendly, but one red‑haired girl was nice, friendly, and a pleasure to talk to, even though we never got her name. Overall, the staff were rude except for that one person, who was great given how short‑staffed they are.

When we arrived, our room door was open. The bathroom wasn’t clean—the toilet was dirty, and we found bugs in the shower and on the floor. The bed sheets hadn’t been changed, and the pillowcases smelled dirty. The room overall was unclean with a bad odor, so we skipped breakfast because of the questionable cleanliness. I won’t stay here again.

The workers were totally rude. I checked that the hotel was pet‑friendly, had a Chihuahua, and paid $110, but the rude lady demanded an extra $40 for my pet—absolutely ridiculous. When I arrived at 5:30 pm, I walked into the counter and had to wait 20 minutes before she came to check me in. I called the hotel many times and no one answered. Bizarre.
