The view and location were nice, but there was loud music at the pool all day, the food was mostly a conference‑hotel‑style buffet like in Nairobi, and we waited 2 hrs for the rooms to be ready.

The valley view is lovely, but the road up the hill is a hassle.

The hospitality, organization, and support for every request were excellent—thanks especially to Patrick and Sammy, who were perfect ☺️—yet the rooms are very old and not clean, which is a pity because the exterior is beautiful and well kept.

The place is absolutely stunning and the lake view from the rooms is breathtaking; the rooms themselves are beautiful, and the staff were super kind and professional, making my stay better by helping with extra requests. However, the buffet could use more variety, especially at breakfast and dinner where the food was just okay, while the à la carte offered better dishes, notably the coconut fish.

The view from my room over the valley and lake was spectacular; the room was clean and the staff friendly and attentive, and overall service was great, but the pool wasn’t heated when we went for a swim.
