“Fantastic location, great rooms, generous and efficient staff.”
The location was wonderful, the room had a great view of the Susukino neon lights, staff were accommodating when I asked for a higher floor room because the traffic lights chirping for pedestrians was loud on the lower floor, The Knot offered fantastic value for money with much bigger rooms than the nearby Sapporo Stream, free drink vouchers for each night of stay were an unexpected plus, busy check‑in was well managed by efficient English‑speaking staff, but it would have been perfect if there had been a gym; I also researched properties for underground city access with a gym and found few, or they were much more expensive.
