The location is great, and there is parking available for trucks. The blinds on the windows don’t fully block the light, and the heating didn’t work.

The shower turned out to be the only decent feature, delivering warm water and a solid spray, and the location was acceptable. Everything else was terrible: the price was outrageously high for the lack of facilities, the air‑conditioning was nonexistent on the second floor leaving the room sweltering, you could hear the nearby gas station and its kitchen rather than any highway noise, the beds were rock‑hard, the food was poor, and staff were severely understaffed.

It’s convenient right off the highway if you’re just arriving in Austria, but there’s a playground right below the rooms, and kids play there late into the night, so you can’t sleep well with the window open; the breakfast is very basic, and if you have an allergy they offer no alternatives, for example the gluten‑free breakfast is just an apple.
