The room was clean, check‑in was online, and communication via WhatsApp was quick; however, the check‑in process can feel like an escape room, with many different codes, various ways to open doors or elevators, and a confusing route through the complex and parking garage.

Excellent location, close to the train and bus station and everything else; the room was comfortable, spotless, and offered beautiful views of the Urumea River, with nothing to object to.
