“Pathetic”

Nothing about the property was worth liking. The place was extremely unclean, with smelly washrooms, argumentative staff, and a rude manager. This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. The room had no heating, and no one mentioned that when booking or confirming. The washrooms were smelly and disgusting, cleaning was a mess. It was overpriced for the pathetic facilities, and on top of that the hotel took payment in advance upon arrival, which was surprising. The staff signed the room‑service receipts on their own, and the manager was rude, arrogant, and argumentative when the issues were brought to him. No wonder the whole setup was a mess. I will never book with this hotel again, and I question why PC name is linked to this chain with such poor quality, disgusting cleaning, rude staff, and pathetic service.

The staff behaved well and the facilities were good; the food was tasty. The leakage from the basin and the noise from the water motor were too disturbing, and the rooms should be sound‑proofed. Renovation is needed.
