Breakfast was very bad, tailored to religion, the coffee served with breakfast was awful and undrinkable, the food selection was very limited, and most items were below 4‑star quality. Breakfast and room cleaning during the day were problematic; the room wasn’t prepared until 3 pm even though we were away for hours. In the end we told the cleaner at 4 pm to just clean the towels, but she only had one towel instead of two. This is not service expected from a 4‑star hotel.

The hotel is extremely clean and modern. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are in the basement. The breakfast is good. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. It’s a 15‑minute walk from the old bridge of Mostar and the souk (avoiding the need to search for parking around the city centre). A great surprise.
