Well‑located hotel, excellent buffet breakfast, very helpful staff with good English. The pool was well maintained with sauna and jacuzzi (pool slot has to be booked in advance) which we also enjoyed and everything was well maintained. A short walk (20‑30 minutes) to most things you would want to see in central Porto (or a shorter Uber ride away). Recommended. A few things around the room were looking a little dated— for example the carpet probably needed renewing; the shaving mirror was positioned quite high on the wall and couldn’t be adjusted—but all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Everyone was super accommodating, especially toward the baby, and there was nothing to criticize.

The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty options, and the room was comfortable; overall the hotel was well maintained. However, the pool requires a prior reservation and can only be used for one hour, which is inconvenient, and on rainy days there are few indoor activities, making it less suitable for families with children who might prefer a more activity‑rich stay.

Everything was excellent, especially the breakfast!! The only drawback was having to book the pool for just a single hour.
