The reception staff were very helpful in fixing a few issues caused by a shortage of cleaning staff; one day they forgot to put out towels, another day they forgot the toilet paper, but the reception resolved it immediately. The location is 100 m from the T2 tram line and close to many bars and the main attractions of Sultanahmet, and the rooms are well insulated. However, the cleaning was not the best, and on a couple of nights there was a strong cigarette smell, probably coming from other rooms through the ventilation system.

The location was excellent, the rooms were quiet, and the welcome was great, but the room was not very large, just essential.

The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Sofia and the Topkapi Palace. We also want to highlight the perfect attention from the staff from the moment we entered the hotel, especially the breakfast. Special mention to Vural, who served us excellently every day at breakfast, along with the rest of his colleagues.

The staff were amazing and very friendly. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the cleanliness was great, and the overall service was excellent. The room was very small.
