Breakfast was fantastic and the coffee was excellent. The host was wonderful and very personable. This was our second stay and we’ll probably come back. Overall, the place is beautiful on a very pretty piece of property with goats and chickens. The sauna and hot tub are a nice bonus. We just couldn’t stay longer.

Austin welcomed us warmly. The countryside location was superb: a large plot, a well‑maintained Victorian house. Our room was spacious, comfortable, with a private bathroom that was large and well equipped. The breakfast was exceptional—very generous, varied, prepared on the spot, and served in a beautiful dining room. Thank you, Austin!

Austin turned out to be an ideal host, supplying us with plenty of local tips and solid recommendations, and his breakfasts were both filling and tasty; the B and B sits right in the middle of everything worth seeing in the county, so I’d strongly suggest staying here.

The house has a charming style and the owner's son, who made a wonderful breakfast, was extremely friendly; it’s just 5 minutes from Sandsbank. The downside is that there’s only one bathroom for three rooms, which was fine for us since we were the sole guests, but it would be a problem for others.

The property was gorgeous and full of character. The welcome was very friendly, and the room was beautiful with an ensuite. I slept well and the facilities met my expectations. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, especially on the second morning! We wandered around the grounds, met goats, sheep and chickens, and learned about the maple syrup process from our host, who also sold us some. Everything was great, and we were asked to take our shoes off inside the house, but that just made our stay feel more like a home than a hotel.
