The food was good, but I was surprised when I asked the front desk for an electric kettle; despite my urgency, the staff kept delaying. After losing patience, I warned them that I’d have to buy one myself, and still didn’t receive it, so I ended up purchasing it at my own expense.

Hôtel très bien situé à 2 pas de Yasmine Hammamet Repas variés avec stand de cuisine locale délicieux du petit déjeuner au diner. Le cadre du café berbère est magnifique et le thé à la menthe juste délicieux (mais à ne prendre que là;) ) Chambres spacieuses et matelas au top. Personnel agréable. Côté vieillissant de la salle de restauration et propreté entre 2 clients différents (nourriture restant sur les chaises) Impossibilité de prolonger son séjour directement depuis l'hôtel sans être obligé de repasser par une plateforme Manque de places de parking quand vous venez en voiture Nous avions 2 chambres et la clim de l'une d'entre elle ne fonctionnait pas très bien

Direct access to the private beach and a sea‑view room were highlights; the buffets were large and well‑stocked, and it was lovely to have breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace overlooking the gardens and sea. The cleaning ladies were excellent, and we loved the different towel‑folding styles each time. The food was generally not hot enough, and I would have liked more detail about what was on the buffet – it was supplied, but it was unclear whether it was fish, meat, etc. The desserts all tasted the same. The towel service needed improvement; we had to wait 5 minutes each time for someone to hand us towels.

The hotel was very clean, the food was excellent and varied, and the staff were very attentive.
