I stayed in a stylishly furnished room that was perfectly located for visiting the Biennale, with plenty of restaurants and bars for l'aperitivo just a short walk away. The free snacks and bottle of Prosecco were a nice touch, and check‑in was quick. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed in Venice.

I had an amazing time here; the spot was ideal, close to a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and cafés. Riccardo was an exceptional host—he even dropped my suitcase in the room early and called me right away. Since it was my birthday, he and the team made it special with a happy birthday calligraphy on my bed. Water, snacks, teas, and all the essentials were already there, showing how thoughtful they are for guests, making it feel very homey.

Like almost every review mentions, Ricardo was an absolute gem! He was so attentive and helpful and kind. The room itself is spotless and so much detail was put into making guests feel comfortable and welcomed, including a bottle of Prosecco!!! The location is in an alley which allowed it to be more quiet than I would imagine others. And yet it was just a few steps away from a plethora of restaurants and bars and everything you need. Would recommend!
