The hotel was excellent and the staff were brilliant, but the toilet in room 107 doesn’t flush properly and needs fixing.

The staff were friendly, but the bed I had was very hard and uncomfortable; otherwise my stay was fine and there were no other issues.

“Was very bad, toilet was broken and had a very bad smell, lifts doesn’t work, staff aggressive to customers”

I had a terrible experience there with my girlfriend; the pictures were misleading and the staff communication was terrible because they mostly spoke an Indian language. The toilet was broken and smelled bad, the lifts didn’t work, and the staff were aggressive toward customers.

“Enjoying my stay”

Very friendly, helpful, supportive staff. Gill was especially accommodating, supportive and efficient when helping me to secure my room for a further month, after my having been a tenant for almost three weeks. From day one, I was made to feel welcome and at home. An Indian restaurant. Hot pasties and pies at reception, paired with a quality coffee machine. Additional to, a microwave and toaster, free to use anytime during the day are all welcome extras. I have been fortunate to have stayed in both, twin and deluxe twin rooms. These contemporary rooms are clean and tidy. As are the bathrooms. And they are big. With firm, comfy, clean beds and lovely white towels. There are 2 double beds in the twin and 2 king-size beds in the deluxe twin, yet, the rooms are surprisingly, still, very spacious. With indispensable, kettle/ tea and coffee facilities. And the requisite hairdryer. Not to mention, free parking and WiFi. The Greyhound Hotel in Leigh has been excellent value for money, where you get more than you pay for
