The room was filthy, had no A/C and the wires were hanging out of the bottom of the unit—dangerous and unethical to rent a room without air in 100 ° weather; the toilet wouldn’t flush, taking three attempts to get a small amount of toilet paper down; towels were dirty; overall the worst hotel ever, I want a full refund or I’ll dispute my credit card; I asked for a manager to call me yesterday and received no response.

The location was great, breakfast tasty and the staff very kind, but the only issue was that my room wasn’t ready and the front desk explained it was Monday and only two housekeepers were on duty; also on the morning of August 4, our last day, the shower had no hot water.
