The space was huge and the air‑conditioning was very strong. Cleaning needs improvement; hair was left behind.

The check in time stated on the website was between 6:00–9:00 PM, so we went there at around 5:30 PM and waited. I was really disappointed when the staff told us that I had chosen a 9:00 PM check in time. however, I never selected or chose 9:00 PM. The website only stated that check in was between 6:00–9:00 PM, and there was no option for us to choose a specific time. This was very inconvenient for us because we had already traveled a day before and had been waiting since morning for check-in. The staff told us that their workers were still on break and that we could not check in yet. If there was a specific check in time that guests needed to select or follow, the hotel should have clearly informed us ahead of time. There was no such information provided to us, so we simply followed what was stated on the website. What made the situation more disappointing was that, despite the inconvenience being caused by the hotel’s lack of communication and preparation, we were still expected to pay for the room that the staff offered us. I initially thought the room was being offered as a courtesy because of the inconvenience, but we were still asked to pay for it. The room itself was good, but the way the check-in situation was handled was disappointing. Customers should not be expected to pay for an inconvenience that could have been avoided if the hotel had simply communicated the check-in procedure clearly ahead of time. There is also a sign outside the hotel that gives a different impression from how the situation was actually handled. Overall, the room was good, but the lack of communication and the way the staff handled the situation left us very disappointed

The pool was a highlight, but the toilet left something to wish for.

Overall I was satisfied with the accommodation, though the motel shows its age in some fixtures, which is understandable for an older property and didn’t affect safety. The rooms were spacious and the kids loved them, but the air‑conditioning was hard to adjust, which was a pity. Breakfast was average, but since it was free I didn’t mind. The toilet flush was weak; when the child tried to go, it wouldn’t drain, and after I cleared it with a bucket of water, the adult’s flush also struggled, requiring several bucket‑fills to finally clear.
