The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful. The location is probably the best you can get, with free and very safe parking in a very central spot! I booked a room with a city view/mountain view/landmark view, but it had a window to an indoor staircase instead—no fresh air or natural light at all. I definitely wouldn’t book it if I’d known. I feel bad for the staff who have to handle unhappy guests and can’t fix the situation. If you get a room with a window, it’s an amazing accommodation.
