The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is good if you want to stay away from nighttime noise, about a 15‑20 minute walk to the old quarter, and there are plenty of good food spots and cafés nearby. The staff were very kind and helpful. For such luxurious rooms, the bathroom could have been nicer and cleaner.

The room looks good and has a nice balcony. When we needed a transfer the next day, they replied immediately and arranged everything without any fuss. Some staff were friendly and helpful. The room is starting to look dated; the sink and kitchen are awkward to use, and the kitchen is under‑equipped—there wasn’t enough crockery, and we didn’t even have four cups for four guests. I wrote to the WhatsApp “hotline” and to Booking, and they only responded after seven hours, which is a very long wait for something so simple. You also have to walk about 70 metres to reach the entrance— not far, but awkward with suitcases. Sound insulation is poor because the apartments are separated by nothing more than a wooden door: you hear everything from the other side, snoring included. What is presented as a double bed is really two separate beds pushed together; my brother and I shared it, and when we asked for a second blanket so we wouldn’t have to share one, we were told they had run out. There is a construction site directly opposite, so the noise starts very early in the morning. Service is inconsistent: some people are friendly, others ignore you completely.

The hotel’s location is great, close to all the interesting neighborhoods; the view from the hotel isn’t great, but that’s not what we were looking for.
