Breakfast was included, the place was very clean, comfortable, and super friendly; I asked for some hot water and they gave me a kettle; honestly a 10/10, I’ll recommend it to anyone who knows I’m coming to Lucerne.

Kann das sehr für ein Family oder Mehrgenerationenwocheende empfehlen, warn zu 1ü da mit 4 kinder, alle hatten sehr Freude am Kinderspielparadies(drin und draussen), kinderschminken etc., das Hotel hat einen fairen Preis und die Zimmer sind gross und gut eingerichtet für Familien Restaurant sehr fein und grosses Zmorgenbuffet. Belüftung im Spielzimmer

personnel et services au top comme toujours. chambre 35 aurait vraiment besoin d'une rénovation, les chambres des étages 1 et 2 sont bien mieux
