The spot is super convenient, close to I‑75 so I could hit the highway fast. The view from my room was great, the staff were accommodating, friendly, and very professional. Inside the hotel was elegant and the rooms were very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Everything was exceptional, so I’ll definitely come back when I travel that way. The only downside was parking—because the lot was full I had to park way out back by the dart rail tracks.

“Good quality but poor communication.”

Convenient, clean, and nice. However, there were $60 in hidden fees on the room: $10 extra and a $50 security deposit that wasn’t refunded even though we left the room spotless. Parking for one night was $25, so I ended up paying $85 more than originally expected.

“Room was hot, drinks were way overpriced and you had to pay for parking”

The location was convenient—close to the highway, downtown, and plenty of good food nearby. However, the room was hot, drinks were outrageously overpriced, and parking cost $22 for an overnight stay. A Malibu and pineapple cost $15, a 20oz Dr. Peper was $5.17, and the parking fee alone was ridiculous. On top of that, there was mold in the shower and the air‑conditioning struggled to keep the room below 76 °F. It got the job done for a night, but I’ll definitely stick to places I know in the future; the extra costs and issues far outweigh the lower rate.
